1. General Terms and Acceptance

c299 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "c299") is an online gaming and betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between c299 and each registered user of the platform.

c299 reserves the full right to accept or reject any registration request and is not obligated to provide reasons for doing so.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements

c299 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from using the platform. Only those aged 21 or above may register with and use the services of c299.

• At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old.
• c299 may request a government-issued ID (national identity card, passport, or birth registration certificate) for age verification at any time.
• In the event of a false age declaration, the account will be cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Responsibility for account use by minors lies with the guardian.

4. Deposit, Withdrawal, and Payment Policy

All financial transactions on c299 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currently supported payment methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum amount for each withdrawal is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• The mobile banking account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the name of the account holder.
• Deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• In the case of suspicious transactions, c299 may suspend payment and request additional verification.
• c299 does not charge any transaction fees, however charges from the mobile banking provider may apply.

c299 keeps records of all deposits and withdrawals and will provide users with transaction details upon request.

5. Bonus, Promotion, and Reward Policy

c299 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be met.

• Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit for new members, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A wagering requirement of 15 times must be met to receive this bonus.
• Bonus funds and winnings earned from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Operating multiple accounts using bonuses or abusing the bonus system will result in bonus cancellation.
• c299 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Under the VIP program, weekly cashback is provided across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
• Each promotional offer has a fixed time limit and the bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, the account will be permanently closed.

6. Betting Rules and Gaming Policy

The following rules apply when playing games on c299:

• All bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless a technical issue arises on the part of the game provider.
• A random number generator (RNG) is used to determine game outcomes, which is fair and verifiable.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the bet amount will be returned to the user's account.

• c299 will not be held responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Attempting to guarantee outcomes by placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event (arbitrage) is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c299 platform:

• Attempting to circumvent the system using bots, automation software, or any technical method.
• Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability (glitch or bug) in the bonus system.
• Harassing, intimidating, or attempting to harm other users.
• Spreading false information about c299 or engaging in harmful activities.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.

If a user engages in any of the above prohibited activities, c299 will immediately close the account, forfeit deposited funds, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

8. Account Suspension, Cancellation, and Closure

c299 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents or submission of false documents.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• At the direction of a court or law enforcement authority.

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting c299 support. The opportunity to withdraw any verifiable balance will be provided before account closure, however this may not apply in cases of suspicious activity.
